Brainstorm requirements for the business plan
The plan has to be as objective and logical as possible. What may have seemed like a good idea for a business can, after some thought and analysis, prove not viable because of heavy competition, insufficient funding, or a nonexistent market. (Sometimes even the best ideas are simply ahead of their time.) It has to serve as a guide to the business's operations for the first months and sometimes years, creating a blueprint for company leaders to follow. Communicate the company's purpose and vision, describe management responsibilities, detail personnel requirements, provide an overview of marketing plans, and evaluate current and future competition in the marketplace.Each member chose their positions

Congratulate Angelina Le for being the Employee of the Month
Angelina is our software engineer. Angelina has been with us for over 5 years. Recently the coding world has been turned upside down with many changes. For four months, Angelina would come to work for eight hours and then drive to Los Angeles to take a 3-hour coding class twice a week to learn React and C++. She also studied on her own time and became a certified coder. She wasn’t paid extra and took the initiative to better the clinic and herself on her own.
